I was lucky enough to work with Al when he came on board at Marblehead Community Charter Public School. He was such a great addition to the community during a period of extreme upheaval. His grace, thoughtfulness, intellect and good humor were so deeply appreciated. I am so sorry for your loss, and feel so lucky to have known 'Dr. A' for the short time that I did.

I have only fond memories of Dr A. I feel privileged to have known him and to have gotten to spend time with him. He was intelligent, kind and funny. He always helped everyone around him and was a strong leader. We need more people like him in the world.
