Margaret, my heart breaks that I cannot be with you today. Bert was such a lovely man. I keep thinking back to our Thanksgiving that we got to share with you know that I love and cherish you as a friend and I´m so glad I got to meet you through our activities. You have my deepest sympathies.

Denis and I were always delighted to see Bert at church on Sundays or at other events. He was positive, happy and greeting everyone. We will miss his smiling face. May God be with you and your family as you mourn his passing.

So sad to hear of Bert's passing. I enjoyed watching high school football games where Bert played. As neighbors to the Baker family in Sherwood Forest I have fond memories of neighborhood get togethers especially on the 4th of July. Was not aware that Bert lived in the Treasure Valley. My husband and I moved here in 2018. So glad he lived in an area where opportunities to go fishing are abundant. My condolences to his wife Margaret and siblings Perren, Kirk, Fred and Corrinne. God bless all...

Although we lost contact after went on his many adventures following college, I never forgot the loving way he treated me and accepted me as if I was a part of the family. Doctor and Mrs. Baker always made me feel...
