Obituary Correction: BGen Al Brewster was a 81mm Mortar Platoon leader for the 1st Battalion, 1st Marines, as they reinforced the 3rd BN, 1st Marines in heavy hand to hand combat against a continuous Chinese assault for Hill "Triple One" (Hill 111) for 72 hours near the end of the war and not the Battle at the Imjin River.
