Read MoreI just came across the obituary. Al was a buddy and co-worker/partner of mine for many years while I worked at The Yakima Herald Republic. Always professional and just an all around great guy. I also know that he was liked by many in the Cle Elum community. It makes me sad to hear that he´s no longer with us. I give my condolences to his close friends and family. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Al. We enjoyed so many happy times with Al. We were proud to call him a friend. He was kind hearted and had a good sense of humor. Rest in peace old friend.
