Bill is the best big brother a person can have, Love him dearly even when he spanked me for some reason, I doent remember why?? I just laughed, it did hurt but funny he put me over his knee. May our Heavenly Father comfort , Janice, Keri, Mike, Steve and the rest of the family, We will all miss him. Thank God we have memories to hold on to.
