Not sure what to say?

I was stationed in Italy while serving in the US Air Force. It was remote assignment and I lived in the town of Castiglione as did Albert. Despite a 40 year age difference we became very good friends. I can´t tell you how many times we ate dinner or lunch together at the Lido Hotel and restaurant! He was well known and loved in that town.

I will keep the nice smile of my friend Albert in my mind and in my heart for ever. I am sure now his Soul is enjoying in heaven together with my parents' ones, he knew during his staying in italy.
He wrote me that he was always missing italian food after his returning in America; I have been missing him during all these last years.
May God keep his soul aside Lord's light and make we all hoping to remeet him some far day in the other side place.
I am very proud for being his frined...

My wife Francesca and I never forgot our friend Alberto.
We cherish living memory of him.
He was the only not of kin to attend our wedding.
At home we still keep the gestures of his friendship.
I always keep in my wallet one greenback dollar he
gave me when I was twenty or little more.
I know what means losing a dear person
(on March 20th I lost my mother Tina).
An empty feeling and powerlessness are flooding
and becoming more and more heavy.
Only the time...

Booee, Martha and family:
I feel that I have honored to know such a sweet man as "Meatball Man". He was one in a million.

My thoughts are with the Denios in this time of loss. To quote Sinatra: "I've lived a life that's full..." you know the rest. Thank you Uncle Al.

To the Denio family, I am sorry for your great loss. "Uncle Al" spread happiness wherever he went. He will be missed.

God bless you and your family Uncle Al. You made me smile everytime I saw you and I was proud to say we shared a birthday!! We will miss you.
