Dial, Albert "Al" 80, of Surprise, passed away on April 11, 2011. Al was born June 16th 1930 in Jennings TX to Albert Dewey and Lena Lillie (Sullivan) Dial. The family later moved to Colorado. Al, at a young age, enlisted in the United States Navy where he served his country for 9 years....
