Albert Wilson Dilworth

I lived a block away from the Dilworths during my high school and college years (50s into the early 60's). I knew the family quite well. Joyce was know as the "Thre Fences Away Girl" [That's the number of fences I had to jump in order to talk to her. I respected and admired SGM Dillworth for his service to our country. I will send a prayer to ST Maurice (Patron Saint of Infantrymen (aka grunts) as he reports for duty at the great military base in the sky.

My condolences to the family....

I lived across the street from Mr. and Mrs. Dilworth for 10 years. You will not find better neighbors or a more proud Marine. God bless Miss Bea, his faithful wife of 70 years, for behind every good man is a good woman. God bless you, Mr. Al. Our loss is heaven's gain.
