Not sure what to say?

Al Dutton... one of the kindest and most caring person I´ve ever known.. I met Al in 1969 .. My brother, and my friend, and I were playing outside past curfew and Al picked us up and scared us half to death! He said " you´re going to spend the night in the pokey" and then he drove us home lol! Ever after that, whenever he saw me, he´d take my hand in both of his hands and say, " how are you dear?" We need more people´s in the world like Al Dutton.. We miss you, Al

Patti, so sorry to hear of Al's passing heard a few years ago from Fred Keplinger. Such a fine friend and excellent example of the law enforcement community. I later married into law enforcement, Dept of homeland security and prior le in La. My new name is Clabby. So sorry Patti, he was always such a good friend.

Dear Patti and family, Thinking of you at this sad time with deepest sympathy. I have fond memories of meeting you and Al around the park on morning walks. Lois Mellert

Thoughts and blessings to your family during this difficult time.

Many of us missed Al at our 65th year reunion of the Eureka High School Class of 1950, held in August this year. We are so sorry for your loss. I sent an email to many of those who attended, and received many condolences from them to pass on to your family.

Patti & Katy - I am so sorry to hear of Al's passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I always enjoyed hearing your family stories (sky diving, dressing up as Santa, grandkids, etc.) when I worked with you at the courthouse, Patti, and still whenever I run into you around town. May all your happy memories carry you through this time of grieving. Sincerely, Judy Blanchard

Patti: Please know that you, Katy and your grandchildren have been in my thoughts since I heard of Al's passing yesterday. Be sure to share the great memories of a life well lived with Al's grandkids throughout their lives.

With sympathy,

Patti,
To you and your Family we send our heartfelt prayers during this very sad time. What a positive Spirit to have met and called our Friend.
All Blessings,
Brian and Nancy Craig

Patti,
We met Al through Humboldt Travelers and so
enjoyed his enthusiasm and good humor during
our trip to Portugal. How wonderful that he was able to celebrate his birthday with that congenial group.
With sympathy to you and your family,
Carolyn and DuWayne Olds
