Not sure what to say?

Dear, Jody,Steve,Dan,Susie,Linda,

Many of my fondest childhood memories are of your family and living nextdoor. Al, will be missed by many. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers at this time.

To all of Al's families---So sorry to hear of my old fraternity brother's passing. He was one of the most generous and loving people I've ever known. Many were the toasts we shared and road trips between Michigan and Durham. When I came back after WWII, he was in med school and gave me his room for a couple of days while I explored returning to Duke. Lovely man, I'll miss his being on the planet.

Deaer Linda & Steve, Hanna and Hoyt:

May God grant you his comfort during this time of "temporary" loss
of your father/grandfather. What a full life he lived! Remarkable! How gifted he was. Bless you, Linda. We still miss you so much at NWHC. You are in our thoughts and prayers!

Dear Linda, Steve, Hanna & Hoyt,
I'm so sorry to hear of your Dad/Grandpa's death. Please know that you're in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Donna

Dearest Betty,

I was saddened to hear of Al's death. He was always so friendly and kind to me even when he didn't know me very well. We said prayers for him Sunday and prayers for you as well. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you here while you are in Michigan.

May God bless you.

With love, Doris

Dear Betty and family,
I was so sad to hear that Dr. Farley had passed away. He was so kind and such a gentleman. It was amazing how he played tennis into his 80's. I know Fawdrey always enjoyed their games together.
Please accept my sincerest condolences. I know how much he will be missed.
Warmest regards,
Ginger Thomas

Dear Jody,Betty, Steve, Dan, Susie, and Linda:

So sorry to hear about "Doc". My deepest sympathies.

"Mr. Point Lookout" was an unbelievable guy!! His energy and enthusiasm rubbed off on all us, and he will certainly be missed.

Unfortunately, I am unable to make the memorial services, but know that my thoughts are with all of you.

Dear Linda, Suzy, Dan and Steve,

We were very sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. He was an extrordinary individual. I remember him as kind and generous. He always seemed to have a minute to greet me, even if he was in the middle of something. I especially enjoyed his nick name for me: MacGregor. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
