Albert brought a level of professional knowledge to our committee which enabled us to edit building codes to be more effective yet simple to understand. He was a gentle, soft spoken man and a credit to the community.

I knew Albert through our membership in the Jonesboro University Heights Lions Club, which Al served for years. He did many things to help our club serve our community, including being a club President for a year, serving many years as a key part of our annual Car Show, and even recently purchasing new flags and poles for our club's flag project. He and Nancy (who always helped with his Lions projects) were co-awarded a Dalstrom Distinguished Service Award last month. Condolences to the family.
