We were so sorry to hear about Uncle Bert's passing. What a wonderful life he had. The memories of the trips to Kensington, Aunt Betty, 'the girls' and the weddings are as vivid today as they were back then. What happy memories!

Bert and I did the 12 noon-1 pm Tuesday adoration holy hour at HR together for a year or two.We would also attend 9 am mass together and became good friends. When he came less frequently I would stop by the house, sometimes with a dish for his dinner, and talk, mostly about his adored family and about his work. He was such a smart, kind, and engaging friend; I will truly miss him!But I know he must be very happy to be reunited with his wife as he glories in a continued life in Christ.
