Not sure what to say?

Dr. Albert Girz was my primary care physician when I was at the University of Michigan several years ago. He was a nice and charming person. I was very impressed by his efforts to make me comfortable with him by telling stories about family. On one occasion, he went some distance to give me honest advice on a personal problem of mine. I am deeply saddened by his passing away. May he rest in peace in Heaven for ever!

Dr. Girz was my primary care physican for over 7 years. He was such a warm and caring person and the best diagnostician of any physician I've ever had. He sure loved his kids and told me several stories about them: his daughter who had a love of animals and at that point in time wanted to study wolves and his son who was quite the jokster..yelling "I'm being kidnapped" out the window of the car, much to Dr. Girz's consternation. Being from Ohio, he knew of my alma mater, Hiram College,...

Thinking of you with deepest sympathy at this time. Dr. Girz was a great friend and asset to the University of Michigan Athletic Department in his role as Team Physician for many years.

I am saddened by the loss of Dr Al Girz. Not only was he a great co-worker but also an excellent physician. (My personal choice for 15 years)
Mary Beth & Family I pray for your stength and peace during this time of great loss. We'll miss Al very much.

We loved to see Al coming to our office. He always had a smile and a kind word. His voice would boom as he offered us Paczkis.
I was fortunate to have work with him his entire career at UHS. In essence, we grew up together.
I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
