Not sure what to say?

Sorry to here of this loss but I am sure he will now Rest In Peace!

My father, also nearing 93 years old, was stationed at Camp Pickett, VA (now Fort Pickett) with Albert in 1951-52 time frame. Dad called me Sunday and told me he had heard of Albert's passing. He recalled to me that Albert was very good to him at that time as Albert owned a vehicle and Dad did not. Dad said Albert shuttled him home to Scott County many times during that time period and he greatly appreciated it. I know it saddened him greatly to hear of Albert's passing. Our sympathy to the...

We are so sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of shopping at Hainsfurthers and I miss the store. We did not know Mr. and Mrs. Hainsfurther very well, but always thought of them as kind and they certainly raised wonderful children. Thinking of you all at this difficult time.

When I was the tech for the Twilight ballroom at the Illinois State Fair Albert and Nancy came every night we always had the nicest visits. They were especially comforting when my father died and they came to the visitation. My condolences.

A Great Friend and Family Man. Everyone Always Loved Going to Hainsfurthers just to See him and to Buy Nice Clothes. RIP.

Albert was a very good man. He was always so proud of his family. I would see him infrequently but he always a pleasure to talk to.

Mike, Mitchell and Allison, Your father was a great guy. I had the deepest admiration of him. I grew up outfitted by Hainsfuther Clothing and it was a truly quintessential store. Many a time, I have told my son that it is hard to find the same quality of clothing that Hainsfurther's carried. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.
