Not sure what to say?

On the anniversary of your passing, it's time to share one of your life's experiences. When you were a 2nd Lt. In the Air Force, you held the duty as an "Entertainment Officer". You were so excited when you were invited to have lunch at the same table with movie actress, Arlene Dahl. You really hit the big time, Al. And this is how I'll always remember my favorite Uncle.

My dear Uncle Al was the warmest and most caring individual anyone could ever know. I held him in the highest esteem, and he will always be in my heart. I consider myself so fortunate to be related to this wonderful man and will miss him forever.

Jan and Family,
We were saddened to hear of Al's passing. There are so many memories from the days at First Presbyterian, and then again when you wintered in Arizona near us. Please know you are in our prayers at this time and always.

Al was one of Dad's favorite people and he loved to reminisce about their college Europe trip with him - our condolences to you on the loss of your dad

Uncle Al,
Your stories and humor will be missed. I am glad I got to spend so much time with you and Jan over the years. With Love...

Al, you were a gentleman, scholar, and all around sweetheart. The world is a less gentle place without you. My sincere sympathy to the Hicks family for their loss.

Dear Jan and Family:
Our sincere condolences on the loss of Al. May his memory be eternal.
Richard and Betty Lou Gustafson

My thoughts and prayers are with Al's family at this time. May he R.I.P. and Heavenly glory. It was an honor to have him as a friend.

Such a kind genlte witty man I had the privelege to know. My condolenses to you Janet and your family....
