Albert Boyce "Skipp" Jackman

I spoke to Skipp dozens of times over a period of 20+ years. We had a professional relationship, but we often shared stories about our personal lives with one another. I got to know him well, even though I never met him face-to-face. I can certainly vouch for his work ethic and his devotion to architectural design. He continued to work on his drawings even when he was in the hospital and his health was declining. I will miss talking to him, and I send my condolences to his loved ones.

I will miss Skip very much. He was a regular figure around my office. He had worked with my Dad since the early 1970s. What a sweetheart. Funny, honest, reliable, positive. Qualities you don't find much anymore all in one person. It was obvious he loved life and his work and of course Betsy. He was a good friend to have. I am lucky to have known him.

The author of the obit, was totally accurate and true, he was a huge influence on me. And everyone love having him around. Crazy smart, and the best lunch buddy ever, I had lunch with Skipp hundreds on times, his wit was amazing, as he was never a loss for words. And my life long business was a true mentor from him. I will never forget him....ever. Thank you Skipp for being a dear friend to me. Bobby.
