Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Kassing, Heather & Family,
I just heard yesterday and I am so sorry that you have lost your husband, father and grandfather. I have known Al since our kids were on opposing swim teams, Freeburg & Sparta Country Club, and we both were timers at the meets. I got to know Al better in later years as a mutual fan of track and cross country. Simply by observing his positive support of all athletes and athletics, I learned a lot about true sportsmanship. Now, there really should be an Al...

Dear Shirlene,
I am so sorry to hear about your husband. Life is so precious and unpredictable. Please accept our deepest sympathy for you and your family.
Love, Cindy and Bill Evers

I would like to send my deepest sympathy to the Kassing family. I attended Mascoutah high school and had Mr. K (as he told us to call him) many times as a substitute. He was always nice to me and said hi no matter what. We use to sit by eachother at the softball games and talk about the cubs. He will always be in my heart and thoughts. RIP Mr K.

Heather and Family ~
I just want to let you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. My God ease your pain over time. You now have a very special guardian angel to look after you all. My your lifetime of memories warm your heart at this difficult time.

Shirlene, Please accept my deepest sympathies on your loss. God called and he answered. Please know that there are alot of people at work who are praying for you all at this time.
Sincerely, Sue Haas

I have been out of high school for almost 8 years, but remember Mr. Kassing substituting at our school. He was much more than a substitute teacher though, he was a very caring man. He attended nearly all of our softball games, whether they were home or away, and always had a treat for the entire team. Although I have not seen Mr. Kassing in many years, it still saddens me to hear of his loss and Heavens gain.

Mr. Kassing was and always will be my favorite substitute of all time. I go to Mascoutah, and for the last two years I have seen him frequently around the school and at every sporting event. He was not the quintessential mean sub, he was extremely nice but knew when to lay down the law. Everyone loves and misses him for sure. He would pull me aside after the class and give me packs gum often. I will always miss him and we are all so lucky to know such a great influential person.

Shirlene and family and Norb and Gib, please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of your beloved Albert. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...
