Not sure what to say?

I will never forget when Mr. Korach selected me to be a patrol boy in my 4th grade class at Rogers School. That meant patrol gym every Friday afternoon thru 8th grade! Who can forget him calling for all of us to "Bring in the bases"!! You will be missed, Mr. Korach. They stopped making teachers like you long, long ago.
, dear friend.
Blair Reuben, class of 1972.

We are so sad to hear about Albert's passing. He was a real character. He was always ready to share a quick joke at family gatherings and had an infectious laugh. Our deepest condolences to his entire family. May he rest in peace.

Many fond memories of Mr. Korach, my Rogers Grammar School gym teacher..who also put in my childhood homes flood control-sump pump...Can hear him saying "Bring in the bases!"...May Mr. Korach's memory be a blessing.

I graduated in 1967, Mr. Korach help make my time there enjoyable.
I remember we had a thick rope hanging from the roof in the Gym.
He challenged us to climb it up to the ceiling. I don't remember if any of us could, so we challenged him to do it. He did and it blew me away. Always a smile on his face. Shalom Mr. Korach.
Thanks for the good times,
David Luckman

I had been trying to reach Al by phone and text and was unsuccessful for weeks. We are so sorry to hear that he passed away. We had been friends for many years meeting him through Nelson Lieberman with whom he taught school. We visited with him and Marlene in Florida for many years. Please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss. Lorraine and George Shepard, 855 Jennifer Ct., Lake Forest, 60045
