My sympathy and condolences in the loss of Al Lipscomb, whom I came to know as he appeared on behalf of worthy causes regularly at Dallas City Council Meetings -- during my work there. -- with determination and always kindly, never meanly. I was a beneficiary of his kindness many times and his helpfulness. I’ll always appreciate and miss him.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

As the days go by yu will see a light at the end of the tunnel. May you be blessed and care for under God's amazing love.

I never met Marcus(Garvey),Malcolm(X) or Martin(Luther King Jr.) but I know Jesus(Christ).I've had the privilege to meet Julian(Bond),Jesse(Jackson)and Jerry(Pogue).I sincerely believe that if you could mix them all together, the epitome of their essence would be Brother Al Lipscomb and I feel so blessed to have met and know him.To think of him is a chilling reminder of how "I must be about my Father's Business".Peace Be Unto You.
