It is very hard to say a few words about my father on this site, but I do not know where else to share a few words. Tomorrow is his service and my sister, niece and nephew (his grandchildren) have just arrived in Henderson, NV. My father was one of 12 children, with six surviving members. They started out in Chula Vista, CA south of San Diego where my grandfather worked in the salt works. They then moved to Otay, CA where the family home still exists. I knew Albert, for a very short time. I meet him when he moved into his new home here in henderson. I liked talking to him as I found him to be a very interesting man. The one thing that will stay with me the forever. I would say to al How is it going? and he would reply Being Eighty Sucks. What a great sense of humor.

Al was our good friend and pal through high school. We are so saddened to hear of his passing. I am so happy that I got to talk to him on his birthday last July.
