Not sure what to say?

I knew Dr. Mangan for many years through the Washington Academy of Family Physicians. He was a very well respected doctor, a kind and gentle man who loved golf almost as much as his chosen profession. Jim and I visited him and Helen several times in their home in Port Angeles and also in Arizona. always for strawberry ice cream with chocolate syrup, which was our special getting together treat. He and Helen were a wonderful couple, a real gift to all who knew them. Rest well, dear ones. ...

Rumor has it that I was the first baby that Dr. Mangan delivered after he and Helen moved to Port Angeles and set up his practice. He was a very kind and compassionate physician and a strong and confident man that I admired from a very early age. He took care of all my medical needs as a young child. Such a nice man. I will never forget him.

Dr. Mangan was a gem! He brought me into this world, made house calls when I was sick growing up, stitched my knee up when I took a bad fall, and took good care of me until I married and he retired years later. I think of him often when I drive by his little office on Peabody St. Thank you for your dedication, kindness, compassion, and always wearing a smile!

Rest in Peace my cousin, will miss you greatly. You were a truly a wonderful person. Thanks for always being there for me. Love Nancy Kruger
