Albert "Raymond" McINTOSH

I had the pleasure of being the Veterans Affairs Counsellor for Mr. McIntosh. He was a great man, very wise,and was a true gentleman, willing to help anyone. When I reflect on my career, one of the highlights was meeting Ray as he was more concerned about the welfare of others, than his own circumstances. I am saddened by his passing.
