i am blessed to have known Al this past year. He made me laugh every time I saw him and I will miss our visits and friendship.

I met Al at my Dad, Jack Brewer's service in 2016. They had been friends for many years, the core of the Bimbos crowd. Dad was 93 when he passed, so many of his contemporaries were long gone, but Al saw Dad's obituary and surprised us all by his attendance. He stood and spoke about Dad in a way that none of us could; as a lifelong friend. His thoughtful words contributed to the celebration more than I can say.
