Alberta- you were one of the kindest, most accepting people I have ever known. A truly generous spirit. My sympathy goes out to all of your family and friends. Love your Sally Fields.

Timmy and family, I was so sad to hear of the passing of Al. He was one of the nicest guys I ever met and so funny. Always singing my name to me :) My parents wanted me to tell you Timmy that they love you and miss you. I do too. I just had surgery so won't be able to make the service but Bill will be there as he is looking forward to seeing you. God bless your family and Al. Love, Sue Cannon

I worked with Al on the ambulance. He was known to my wife since she was a child. He was a kind and gracious man who always had time for people. He carried dog bones in his pocket in the event we enountered a dog while on a call. I greatly enjoyed spending time with him. His energy and laughter still resounds in my mind. He made this town a special place to me when I moved here. I will miss seeing him. I cannot express to his family what a special person he was. Rest in Peace AL.

Dear Dad Metzger, Nag, Kathy & Robbie, and the whole Metzger Family, I am very sad to hear of Al's passing and express my deepest sympathies to you all. Kathy always spoke very highly and affectionately of her grandfather and loved him to pieces. I hope that a lifetime of wonderful memories and love will give you comfort in your time of grief. I am full of admiration for all you did for him through his ailing years so that he could continue to live a comfortable and quality life! God Bless...

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Dear Shirley, I was deeply saddened to hear of Al's passing. He was an absolute great guy and shooting coach who taught us all some significant life lessons through his kindness and humor. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.
