Not sure what to say?

I am forever grateful for Fr. Al "my pal" he taught me how to fish at Lake Albert and was always willing to let me use tools or help me set up or fix something that needed fixin' - he made sure that I had as many lights as the main house in the Monastery at CA during Christmas time and even helped me set up the Christmas tree at the women's residence! Thanks Fr. Albert.. and all the good stuff you and Fr. Stephen harvested from the garden, your endless efforts to recycle, reuse, return for...

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.

Fr. Albert, Fr. Tim Ottman and Mary Collins Ammermann came to Mexico in 1980 to visit Santa Maria Orphanage. I was in Queretaro and they stayed with us for a few days. I was blessed to be allowed to return to Pecos with them. I still remember how many times on that trip we stopped at Dairy Queen and the like for ice cream. It was a memory I'll never forget and led me to a life I am truly grateful for. Thanks, Fr. Al.

I remember Fr. Albert for his love of gardening and for his collection of stuffed animals for children who didn't have any. May his new occupation in heavenly realms bring as much joy.

Fr. Albert took me along with Gail Sullivan to the only Parish Mission I ever went on. He was so sweet and kind. I am grateful for the memories of that trip and the privilege of knowing Fr Albert during my stay at Pecos back in 1978-79. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace.

My life is better for having known Fr. Albert. He was totally focused on others, a truely selfless human being. He is keeping the choirs of angels in stitches.

Fr. Albert had a heart of gold! He had a smile that would open everyones eyes. He loved a challenge of trying to repair something or create some new device. What a wonderful gift he has been. What a pleasure to know him. He will be missed. Thanks for the opportunity to be a friend.

There were many reasons to love Fr. Albert. Back in 1975 he led the first parish mission I was a part of. That little church in Wyoming was never the same after big Al openned his heart to them. His complete acceptance of others and playful spirit showed us how to be a child of God.
Dear Fr. Albert, your playing field is now without limit. When my time to cross over arrives, I will expect a big jolly angel to welcome me with a big jolly hug. That is you, Al, my pal.

Fr. Al was a ray of sunshine in a dark day of life for so many people. God grant him eternal rest after his many labors.
