Albert N. Penardo

I am one of the Mary's at RGH ODS and many times we took care of Albert. So often he waited for surgery and spent time with us. He was a kind gentleman who was patient even with the serious illness he endured. I loved seeing him reading his novels and doing those puzzles. We were sad to hear he passed but we knew he was getting weaker. He will not be forgotten. His daughters were so loving and cared for him well. We are sorry for your loss. Mary Perlotto

I only had the opportunity to meet Albert once, but will forever remember and treasure the conversation. It was at my Grandmother's - his sister Irene's - wake in March. It was a long trip for him, but his spirit was strong and his love for his sister was clear. I feel blessed that I got to spend that time with him.
