Dear Buddy, Kathy and family, I just wanted to say how sorry I was to read of Mr. Picardi’s passing. He and Mrs. Picardi were great next-door neighbors when we lived in Quincy. He was always so sweet to us and would gently tease us by calling us by the wrong name when we were younger. He had the dearest smile and a twinkle in his eye when he got a kick out of the four of us tooling around our backyard.
