Albert Junior Pullen Albert Junior Pullen, 75, of Rixeyville, died on Monday, February 25, 2013, at the Winchester Medical Center. He was born on May 3, 1937, in Culpeper County, a son of the late Albert and Ollie Pullen. He was a tree surgeon for fifty-five years. Mr. Pullen is survived by his wife, Nancy M. Pullen of Rixeyville; children, Darlene Holmes and husband, Walker, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ronnie Pullen and wife, Peggy, of Culpeper, Vivian Sprouse and husband, Duvall, of Lovingston, Hope Meadows and husband, Travis, of Madison, Candy Bauer and husband, Chuck, of Rixeyville a brother, Scott Pullen and wife, Retha, of Rixeyville; sisters, Nellie Settle and Laura Jenkins, both of Culpeper, Sally Whitlock of Maryland, and Margie Minor and husband, Donald, of Culpeper; eleven grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Roxanne Pullen; a brother, MacArthur Pullen; and a sister, Dorothy McIntyre. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at First Century Baptist Church, 19191 Batna Road, Culpeper, with Pastor Lee Brown officiating. Preddy Funeral Home of Gordonsville is assisting the family.
