Al was always the perfect gentleman on and off the pickleball courts. He never seemed to have a "bad" day. He will be missed by our entire pickleball community. Rest in peace, my friend.

Many people pass through your life and I feel blessed to have met Al on the pickleball court and come to call him "friend" these last 10 or so years. He was one of the kindest, most gracious individuals I have ever known.
Thank you, Al, for all the pickleball games we played as partners as well as opponents. You always gave it your best effort, were an inspiration to us all and will be greatly missed. Please save a game for me on "the other side".

I remember partnering with Al a few years ago in a tournament. It worked out well because we each missed about the same number of shots. He was a classic "good guy" who was a pleasure to be around. RIP my friend. Be well on the other side.

And he was always helpful to any Pickleball beginners of the female persuasion. Hello ladies he would say need help? I was honored to cook many meals for him and I can attest to the fact that the man...
