AL WAS A DEAR FRIEND. HE LIVED ACCROSS TTHE STREET FROM ME ON WARREN STREET IN PHILLIPSBURG NJ AN ATTENDED PHILLIPSBURG CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL. AFTER GRANUATION HE WENT ON THE ROAD WITH FRANK DUKE KISH FOR THE SUMMER OF 1962. OKIE DUKE AND THE DARTS PLAYED THROUGHT N.Y. STATE PRIMARLY AT CLUBS IN LAKE GEORGE. AT THW END OF SUMMER WE ALL RETURNED HOME. DUKE & AL WENT TO LAS VEGAS WHERE DUKE PLAYED IN MANY CASIONO LOUNGES ON THE LAS VEGAS STRIPE DUKE MADE MANY LPs WHICH ARE AVALIBAL ON SPOTIFY....

Albert & I grew up as neighbor & friends on Warren St in P'burg when he lived with Agnes & Margie Burns. We walked to grade school & SP&SJ every day and served as Alter Boys together throughout our teen years. We hade a lot of laughs together with our other neighbor hood friends. I never understood how he could flunk Spanish. For me it was easy. What does a German now about Spanish. May Al rest in Pearce. Our thoughts & prayers are with him. A kind & gentle Soul. Remembering Al with the fondest of memories. I worked at the deli where Al lived and we shared many a good laughs.He was always so kind and talked about his family always. May he rest in peace.

Haven't seen Al in 40 years but remember him well from the Walters Park pool. Always a good fellow. RIP Al.
