Not sure what to say?

I just learned. I'm now so glad that I took the opportunity to visit with him in Sheboygan on the day of my class reunion last summer, share memories of Dad and the homeboys, and have a parting word of prayer with him. When I was a boy, he was my favorite singer. And now, though gone to the Heavenly Choir, he still is.

We got to know Al through the blessing of Gospel Music. We enjoyed His singing the Our Father, His voice brought out the meaning of the words. He always took time to talk to us at a Men of Harmony concert. He set an example of Gods kindness by sharing with Others the meaning of Faith, Hope and Charity.Judy and I enjoyed His friendship when us neighboring choirs got together to sing at the annual combined concert, either in Oostburg or Waupun.Our...

Al was a wonderful, dedicated volunteer for The Salvation Army. It takes a patient and understanding person to drive a van of children from our programs. He was a shining example of Christian character throughout his illness, meeting it in faith. I remember him fondly of our days stationed in Sheboygan.

I'm sure he is singing up a storm in heaven. Blessings for peace to the whole family as they cherish their memories of him.

DEAR UNCLE AL~
THIS WORLD WAS A BETTER PLACE BECAUSE OF YOU.
NOW YOU CAN SING TO OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN FACE TO FACE.
YOU WILL BE VERY MISSED ....
LOVE MIKE AND RITA JAMES

Albert was a special man and an essential part of the Men of Harmony and Gospel Music Wisconsin. Along with being a man of God and a terrific singer, he was also a jokester. When I first started directing the Men of Harmony with Neal Horneck, Al told me that I was too up tight and that I should relax more. He would do his best to make me laugh every time he saw me. It didn 't matter where we were or what we were doing. We could be doing a church concert on Sunday morning and he would have...

I know you will enjoy those words "well done thou good and faithful servant". An eternity of singing praises to our King is your reward! We will miss you Al.

Our friend, Al, was sweet and gentle man of God who is now singing with God's heavenly choir. He will be missed but we will delight in the memories of him. May your family rest in the arms of our Lord Jesus; may God grant you all peace and comfort during this time of sorrow.
