My heart goes out to you at this time, I remember what a fun loving and always happy guy Phil was, the memories of him and George fishing and doing the high school things always make me think of what a great person he was. I knew Phil from coming in Severino"s. He was a great man and alawys put a smile on my face he will be sadly missed. My prayers go out to the family

Dear Mr. And Mrs. Rousseau,
Phil was my best friend as a little kid. He was always fun and full of life. I am truly sorry for his passing, and I wish you and your family peace during this difficult time.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
A strong bond between two loving people won't be broken even by death.
Look back at the happy memories you two shared. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
With that, hopefully the sorrow will be washed away.

A few different connections, same graduating year (class of 78 WHS) his Mom and my Dad both at Westbrook City Hall years ago, and then he married into family.
Melissa~ my heart breaks for you and your family with Phil's unexpected passing. He was such a friendly happy go lucky guy and it shows he enjoyed and loved life to the fullest. Phil was always kind, caring and always had a smile. A true outdoorsman who loved his pumpkins! I was very fortunate to have known him for the past 5 years as a friendly, knowledgible colleague. Thank you Phil for leaving us all with so many great memories! To his family, be strong and know how much he was loved and how many lives he touched every day & made them just that little bit better with a genuine smile. <3
