Dr. Rundio, a trailblazer! Way ahead of everyone in nursing leadership, education, and as a clinician. Beautiful inside and out. God Bless you Al, we will take it from here.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Al was always an inspiration, being there for his patients and peers. He was so giving and helpful to all that knew him and will be missed. Prayers for his family.

I had the privilege of working with Dr Rundio at Shore Memorial Hospital in the 90s. Al hired me to run the Educational Development Dept and then I moved to Oncology. Al´s leadership and vision took Nursing and patient care to a new level. Thank you Al for your huge contribution to healthcare as a practitioner, educator and advocate! We will be greatly missed!

He was a kind and gentle man, who was dedicated to promoting excellence in nursing and acknowledging nurses' contributions to healthcare. Please accept my condolences.
