Not sure what to say?

Dear Albert, not a day goes by that I don’t think about you, and every day I miss you more. You are always in my heart. L/A/L

A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that he cannot be made rich by it. Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to...

I first met "Mr. Sabol" aboard the USCGC SEBAGO (WHEC-42) at the CG Yard in Curtis Bay, MD. He had just reported aboard as a fresh Ensign and I had just reported as a new Radioman, fresh from "A" school.

Thinking of you tonight. I think about you a lot of nights. Still in disbelief. We all miss you so much. Thanks for being an awesome Uncle!!!! And thanks for providing us with many good stories to tell after we've been drinking!!!! All that we would have told with you present, of course!! You are loved and missed.

"...whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable...think about such things."

I think about you often. Missing you and certainly missing your "gatherings." You always kept the family coming together. I hope this continues, as we all have such busy, hurried lives, it seems. We all love you, and no doubt you are watching over your children and grandchildren. I pray for them to be strong, knowing the difficulty of losing, and forever mourning a father and grandfather. You are missed and thought of always. I love you, Uncle Albert.

Tree in your memory planted at Becca & Scott's home.

We love you.

We are all missing you as much as ever.
