Albert M. Serra

Al, you improved everyone around you and will be missed by all of those who were lucky enough to have known you. I am glad I was one of those that knew you and was fortunate enough to work with you. Rest in peace. To the entire Serra family my most sincere condolences.

Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Serra was always so welcoming and easy to spend time with. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Serra family following the loss of Al Serra a few days ago. It was my privilege to work with Al for years during ABC 12's coverage of the Buick Open Golf Championship.
In our early years of the coverage at Warwick Hills, Al was a Co Chairman.
What a great friend he was to our efforts. I know he loved the tournament and wanted only the best for the event which is exactly what we wanted.

There is not a single member of the media who does not owe Mr. Serra a huge debt of thanks. The magnitude of his business helped make many rent payments for people like me.

Although I did not know him well, I certainly can appreciate his many personal and professional accomplishments.
