TROMBETTA, Albert Walter Passed away on August 21, 2004 at age 78 years old. Albert was a lifelong resident of Sonoma County, graduating from Santa Rosa High School, Santa Rosa Junior College, and The University of San Francisco. He served in the Army during World War II and Korea. Albert was predeceased by his mother Corrine Bannerman and his beloved cousin, Raymond Maffei. Albert is survived by his sons Grant Trombetta (Kathy) of Petaluma, and Scott Trombetta of Seattle, WA. He also leaves his grandchildren, Joseph, Paul and Kate, all of Petaluma, as well as many cousins and friends. Friends are invited to attend the funeral service Friday, August 27 at 1:00 pm at Adobe Creek Funeral Home, 331 Lakeville St., Petaluma. Friends may call for visitation Friday, August 27 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Family prefers memorial contributions in his mem-ory to the donor's favorite charity. Although my Dad and I were apart for many years and often at the opposite end of the stick on life issues, the greatest gift he has given me is to be his son, and for that I am eternally thankful. Rest in peace, my father, I love you!
