Not sure what to say?

as you know Charlene I loved watching the birds over the lake with both of you and I will always have the strong memory of Al coaching me in basketball and I remember sometimes he would play with us and how hard it was to defend against him. He had a great love for the game of basketball and was himself an outstanding athlete as well as a dedicated coach. Best Wishes, Bob Jansen (London, England)

Mr. Wedwalt was my high school teacher and i recall him being a good and kind teacher. I am sorry for your loss.

Charlene; Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I'm so glad I had a chance to meet him. Talk to you soon...love Louise, Brendan and Sean XXX

Our sincere condolences to the Wedwaldt family. Al was such a nice man. Of course Rick knew him for many years at MUHS but I had the opportunity to get to know him better through his investment work with us. His positive outlook and friendly smile will be long remembered.

Middlebury Hannaford would like offer our condolences to the family of Al Wedwaldt. He was a great person and we enjoyed the time we spent while he worked here, and loved that we got to continue to see and chat with him while he would come in shopping. He will be missed.

Charlene: We were very sorry to hear about Al. My brother, Tom French, Jack O'Flaherty and I will be attending the service tomorrow. Tom shared many fond memories from the past. Yes, he was a good man.

Charlene & Family - May you find peace and comfort in the thought that Al is in a better place now - probably fly fishing on one of his favorite mountain streams at this very moment.

Charlene, Jeff and Charley, Our deepest sympathies to our good neighbors. We benefitted from Al's garden each summer and enjoyed his visits. We appreciated his watch over our house when we were in Maine each summer.
