Missing my father, loving him everyday, as always, I feel his love and guidance in my heart. He was a kind, insightful, loving and supportive father.

Albert, you were such an awesome dad and grandfather to all of our family. Sending love and I remember when you asked me is there a heaven? Yes, Albert and you are there.

We just learned of the passing of Al yesterday, and of course, we were quite saddened. My grandmother, Sarah Greenwald, was a Weiss. My mom and dad, Kit and Clare Greenwald were extremely close with Al and his siblings, as they lived in Gary, IN together.

We came to meet and know Al and Joan better when they were living in Fairbanks Ranch, and found them both to be wonderful people, with whom we essentially lost touch with when they moved to Irvine.

The Weiss family;
I am sorry for your loss. I was a supplier of equipment to the Weiss Construction company when they were on 10 mile in Farmington Hills. I worked across the parking lot at Colley & Schlee. Many of us were able to deal directly with Mr. Weiss and it was always a great pleasure. I haven't seen Al for a few years.
