"A true Christian" and one of the most memorable people I have ever known. How blessed I was to have gotten to know him and his wife when they lived at Heritage Woods Retirement Home where I worked. They were never idle, and later, at age 82, he conducted a beautiful memorial service for our Pam. Rest in peace, Dr. Winn, and blessings to your family.

We knew Dr. Winn as our minister at North Decatur Presbyterian Church. He was a kind and giving man to all his parishioners. My family benefited greatly by knowing him. He will be missed.
