Not sure what to say?

My dad who passed away from COVID back in July of last year was Albert Wong's friend. My dad ran into him a few times in the early 2000's and reminisce about the old days, plus Albert updated my dad on his present life. Also, my brother went to Hosford Middle School with his son Pat. The older Chinese in Portland are a tight knit group. Sorry to hear about Albert's passing. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family. God bless.

My deepest condolences to the Wong family on Albert's passing. Keep memories of the wonderful experiences you had with him.

Happy memories: When I was growing up in Portland many years ago, my family and I enjoyed shopping at Tuck Lung grocery store and dining at their restaurant on the second floor. Albert always greeted us with a big smile. He was very friendly. I also remember attending Sunday School with some of his younger siblings at the old Holt Presbyterian Church in...

Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. My sincerest condolences for an incredible loss. Albert was so support to me and my family when our Dad passed away. His giving ways will always be remembered.

Such a wonderful gentle soul. I worked at Tuck Lung back in the day, he was always smiling and had positive words to share & he LOVED his food. I know that he will be missed, joy fauth

My deepest condolences to the family. I meet him when he owned Tuck Lung and he was always ready to share food tips with me. He always introduced me to a new food product whenever I was in the store. He taught me a lot about the ingredients and produce he sold in the store. He was a wonderful gentleman. Always had a smile and always remember my name.

My memories of "Uncle Albert" include not only his steady leadership back at church. They go back to our earliest years in Portland, when his broad smile and friendly conversation at the old Tuck Lung made our trips to Chinatown very enjoyable. He was always very nice to our family. My deepest condolences to Steve, Pat, and all the family. He will be richly blessed in heaven.

Albert was a very good friend of my husband, Leo, who breakfasted or lunched at Tuck Lung for many years. Tuck Lung was often a rendouvouz for us and I enjoyed Albert's sense of humor, smile and comradeship. I became acquainted with his siblings and send my condolences. Also I enjoyed visiting with his father, Francis. I will never forget the Chicken and Wine Parties we were invited to. Leo and I retired to Phoenix AZ, and has since passed. Albert was a wonderful fine person, a great...

My brothers and I have fond memories of "Uncle Albert", who we first knew as the friendly owner of Tuck Lung. He would always throw in a couple of free rice candies with our groceries when we were young. We later went to the same church which served the Portland Chinese community. He always had a ready smile and very kind to our family. Back in the day, Tuck Lung was the place for roast duck orders. I also remember the big red Cadillac Eldorado of late 70s vintage that he drove!

Albert was always a very nice person. I met him through Jimmy Chan. I am very sorry for your loss.
