Not sure what to say?

My dear friend Valerie, I was so saddened to hear about your father's passing. I was not able to make it to the services, but I was thinking of you and praying for your family. I can tell by reading the memories shared in this guest book that he was a great inspiration to many and you definitely take after him with your caring ways and your kind heart. My condolences to you, Brian and your family. Love and God Bless.

I am Trish Watson, wife of J.E. Jimbo Watson. I met Al through my husband. Al was so nice, so friendly and most of all I will remember his wonderful smile. My deepest heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of your family and friends.

Dear Zepeda Family,

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Al. Al was a good friend and a mentor to many of us at Local Lodge 933. I had the honor of serving with Al during the 1990 and 1993 Hughes A/C Contract Negotiations. Al was a Brother, a mentor and a very good friend. He taught me many things as a brash young Union leader, but his most valuable lesson to me was always "Listen to the People Doing the Work". It is still on the wall at the current CEP Office today at now Raytheon...

Sending love and condolences from the Sotomayor family. I played softball with Val for a few years and spent time with Al, Irene, and Jessica (our beloved bat girl). The Zepedas welcomed us into their home on several occasions and were always so much fun to be around. Those years are some of my best memories and I hope those same memories bring you some comfort during this time.

Thank you for all the memories you shared of our father. They made me smile to know he touched many people and he gave a nickname to many (LOL). He loved his time with the Union and was very modest about his accomplishments. He continued to fight the battle with a strong positive attitude. Thank you all!

My condolences to the Zepeda family! I had the pleasure of meeting Al at Hughes back in the 80's. He was one of the first Union reps I had ever dealt with, it was his honesty, caring and fight to protect people that inspired me to want to get involved and help people to...

Thank you Al... Rest in peace ♡

To my friend "Big Al" my mentor and the person who taught me many things and the person who was kind enough to take me under his wing. May the angels take you under their wings and rest in peace my friend . My condolences to the Zepeda family.

My condolences to the Zepeda family, for the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort. Comfort you and yours during this most difficult time.

May you rest in peace Al. Prayers to you and all the Zepeda family. I worked with Al for years at Hughews A/C Co. He was the nicest man and very intelligent knowing businesses of the trade labor union. I really was very proud of Al for helping people in need. He always called me "CAT" because of my last name that starts with CAT. The smile he had could blind you and the smile and laughter. He had a way of getting to people. That was his style of communicating with you. My friend is...
