Passed away on August 10, 2016. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at McCoy and Harrison Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016, with the visitation at 10:00 AM and the funeral service at 11:00 AM at Metropolitan CME Church, 8955 South Freeway at Reed Rd., Rev. Allen Page, III, officiating. The interment will be held at Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
My heart felt condolences to the entire Greer family. I became a part of the family over forty two years ago. I have many memories of being around before and after the birth of my son Donovan Greer. What I remember most is the kindness of Mrs. Greer and the love she had for her family. I know she will be greatly missed. May our Lord bless and comfort the family. Always, Doretha

I light a candle for my second mom.She could always make you laugh or smile,and always knew what to say if you were feeling down. She was, The Fruit Of The Spirit,and there was not too many like her.Ive cried and cried because she will be truly missed.
