Not sure what to say?

Julia, I'm a little late signing this book, but I want you to know the deep respect I felt for your mom. She was a champion in every way. Hope you are well. I remember our days at the credit union with warm feelings. Love ya, Laura Clark Garner

I wish to express my deepest condolences as well as gratitude to the family of Alberta Henry, and also to those who manage her Educational Foundation. In 2003 I was chosen as a recipient of the Alberta Henry Scholarship, and I consider it a privilegde and honor to have been selected.

To me, this scholarship represents the Power of One, and how many lives can be touched and affected by the power that each of us has within us. Alberta Henry was a true crusader for equality and...

Julia,

As you celebrate the life and mourn the loss of your mother.

Remember that your loss is shared
by many friends who care.

We were truly blessed to have known Mrs. Henry.

May the love of friends and family
be a source of comfort to you
at this time.

God Bless,

To the family of Alberta Henry and my friends at Calvary Baptist Church. I first met Alberta when I started attending Calvary back in 1979. I can't believe that it has been that long ago. Alberta was always such a pleasant and wonderful person to be around. I'll always remember her beautiful smile. She did things with CLASS!
She was always so encouraging and helpful. One thing that surprised me was when my mother told me that she went to a meeting where Sister Henry was the speaker....

We may have lost her voice temporarly. But we have a legacy for each of us to live up to. May we all become color blind and see each person who crosses our paths as our brother or sister. Thank you Alberta for setting the example for all of us. Thank you to her family for sharing their mother and wife.

Julia & Family

I was touched by her incredible energy!! Certainly I'm inspired and reminded that our works here are for our Lord and...

Dear Julia & Family,
Your mother touched so many lives. She did not judge. She accepted people for who they were. She loved unconditionally. Ms Henry lived for the Lord. Her Smile will be missed.
"Blessed is she who has believed that what the Lord said to her will be accomplished." Luke 1:45
I love you all!!!
