I had the distinct pleasure of working for Bill twice in my 23 yr Coast Guard career. I saw him again in 2010 during the gulf coast spill. I'm saddend by his passing and wish Peggy and all of the family my deepest condolences. CPO Rob Cox USCG Ret.

Dear Peggy,
So sad....and I'm so sorry to had heard this news. I have such memories of spending time with you and Bill when you were in Mobile and we were in New Orleans.
Will you let me know when you will be in VA for his burial? Perhaps I can help in some way.

Dear Peggy and Family,

Bill was a good man and a true leader. Those of us who served with him were indeed fortunate. He will be missed by us all.

Peggy, you and Bill will be in our prayers.

Peggy, Rob, Brian and Christine - Even though Dad has passed - his memories will be with you and us all forever..Enjoy all the fun memories - he'd want that. With a sad heart and much love to you all - Aunt Barbara & Uncle Don
