I reemeber Burkie when she was the state nurse for Dept of Revenue.She was so nice to everyone. My condolence sorry to hear her passing my prayer are with the family at this time of sorrow. May Burkie rest in peace with the lord our father in heaven.

I got to know Birkie when she was working as a state nurse in the Dept of Revenue, and we were both stationed at the old Park Penn Bldg in Hbg. In fact, because we both resided in Good Hope, we sometimes rode together in bad weather. She always had some good tales to tell me about her wonderful family.
