Albina Bertolotti

I cant believe a year has gone by. I will always cherish the memories of my childhood spent at Albina and Johnny's home and of course Basilio's restaurant. I was amazed to know that myself, my sister, my cousins, and all of our children were thought of so fondly by Albina after she passed-a testament to her love of family and generosity. She will be remembered fondly for all the years of my life!

Albina was my mother's godmother and my fondest childhood memories are of playing in both Basilio's upstairs waiter's quarters and running through the grape vines of her backyard with my Italian cousins during every Easter, Christmas , and New Year's! She was a wonderful spirited person and led a full life but I am still saddened by her passing. I am sorry I could not be present at her service but she will always be fondly thought of in my heart.
I am comforted to know she is in Heaven...
