Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear that Alcide had passed away. Last year, I reconnected with him on a trip to Vegas. He was starring at me and kept starring... Then he finally asked if I was from Ware because I looked so much like a cousin of his that he grew up with, Marie Sorel. Well... I am Marie's daughter, Maggie. I was able to chat with him and get a little bit of family history. I am still researching family history and would like to get in touch with all of you to put mine and your legacy in...

Cousin Al I will miss you dearly! My deepest sympathies to the entire LeTellier family.

I only have good memories of Uncle Al and wish that I could have been there in person to pay my respects. Please know that the whole family is in my thoughts and prayers. May God guide you through this difficult time.

To my life-long friends the LeTellier family my deepest condolences at their time of loss.
I was out-of-state on military duty
at the time of the wake/funeral, but would have been there. I am
certain that Al would have appreciated the reason of my absence. Condolences again
from my children and I of this loss, our prayers are with you. His irreplaceable spirit and the fond memories remaining are deeply felt!

Please accept my deepest sympathies. I enjoyed the many years Al and I worked together at Westover in the 173rd.

Mike and I are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend and cribbage partner. Oh, what wonderful memories we have of playing cribbage with Al this past summer and many summers before. This year he helped Harry with our Sunday breakfasts and certainly did enjoy them. How lucky I am to have videoptaped one of those breakfasts with everyone taking part. To Shirley and family, please know how many times Al told us this past summer was his very best - he simply had a most wonderful time...

I am saddened at the loss of a dear old friend and God-parent to one of my children. From our days together in Boy Scouts to our graduation from HHS in 1948, Al was a special person to me. I extend my deepest sympathies to Shirley and his entire family.
