Not sure what to say?

To the Rossi family

I was sadden with the news of Aldo's passing. I often have commented to my children how much I respected him and used him as an example of a man that did not let His monitary success change him. His devotion to his community and family was alway so apparent. He truely was a worthy man to look up to. It also brought back fond memories of the times I spent at your house during my Gradeschool and JR high years.

Wishing you all kind thoughts.

To the family of Aldo Rossi,
I only knew Aldo the last years of his life as he was in Cottage 5 at Encore. My father is also there, George Johnson, so I saw Aldo often and your family at various times. Aldo was a special man, even in those late years when he struggled with Parkinsons. You could almost always count on a smile from him and often that U of O shirt on Game days. Our son, Chris, played football at Central Catholic and Foothill College in California and enjoyed meeting...

To the family of Mr. Rossi. I grew up in Parkrose (Class of 1969). Attended Parkrose schools K to 12. I too am a "Bronco" for life (like Mr. Rossi)! I played football at Parkrose. I will always consider Mr. Rossi the gentle "Godfather" of Parkrose! My condolances and thanks to your family.

During my 30 years as a speech pathologist in the Parkrose Schools I was always impressed by the number of childrenwho learned the joy of discovering the many vegetables they would encounter on field trips to Mr. Rossi's farm. They would return to the schools with them and make "stone soup". Later years he would have his representative, Amy, bring bounty from the farm to the schools for the teachers to use for instruction. I remember specifically a huge bushel of miniture pumpkins he...

Dear Rossi Family,
My sons are now grown men, but they were recepients of your father's legacy. They participated in the Parkrose Youth Football program from 6th grade to Varsity ball for PHS. I can still remember him and his friend Sam, standing on the sidelines watching the boys practice. He loved the game! Thank you for sharing Mr. Rossi with the whole community! God Bless your family and peace be with you all.

My family has lived in Parkrose for over 60 years. my parents went to Parkrose as did I. My children now attend Parkrose. I met Aldo when I was 11 years old in 1987. I alway wanted to play football and Aldo made that possible by funding Parkrose youth football. With my Coach Joe Rossi we played some serious football(what were you 22?). Aldo would come to watch me play even into my junior high days. He had a great passion for the game. Me and my Dad were talking about a week ago about Aldo and...
