I was a very good friend of Aldo's, him and I go back to the late '60s when he worked for my family at the Blue Fox restaurant and over the years him and I became very good friends, I've been in Florida for several decades and I just recently found out that Aldo passed away and I'm shocked to hear this, He was the finest guy I had known and was honored to be his friend, my love and best wishes to the family.

So sorry to hear about this. Aldo was a good man. Easygoing and generous. I remember one of the first times I had dinner in his restaurant or a date, many years ago. I pulled out a credit card to pay and it was before they took credit cards! Cash or check only I was told! I had none of either! What was u to do? Pay me next time said Aldo. He didnt know me from Adam at that time. I made sure to come back soon to pay and have another nice meal.

Just found out about Aldo's passing. So sorry and our sincere condolences to the entire family. My husband and I have dined at Aldo's since at least the early 90's and always had wonderful food and great service. Aldo was so personable and hospitable. We always enjoyed talking with him and seeing his smiling face. He will be missed!

So sorry to hear about Aldo. Have dined at Aldo's for many many years. He was a very kind and happy individual who was always very welcoming when coming in to dine. His kind spirit and genuine good nature will be missed. Condolences and prayers to the Zappa family.
