Dear Viena and Family:
I was very saddened to read of Alec's passing. My condolances to all of you.
He was a great man, great leader and friend especially to all charitable causes. When you approached him for a donation he never said No.
I was very fortunate to have worked with him on numerous committees and will always remember his smile.
May he rest in peace and HIS MEMORY BE ETERNAL.
Jim joins me in saying Goodbye to Alec Gianaras.

St. Andrews Greek Orthodox Church grew and prospered because of the hard work and determination of Mr. Gianaras. Even as a little girl in the parish, I was aware of his dedication and generosity; and the fact that my parents admired and respected him and his whole family. What a wonderful, full life; what a great legacy he leaves his children and grandchildren. Zoe se sas.
